At Premier Equine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your premium equestrian apparel or equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Ensure all products are in their original, clean condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
